First Impressions

Visual: A short, middle-aged man with a stocky, broad-shouldered build. Short but fluffy grey hair with an M-shaped hairline and a peppering of darker hair in the back, thick black eyebrows, deep brown eyes, dark olive skin in good condition. Lines/wrinkles under his eyes and around his mouth that show his age, but don't detract from his appearance. Somewhat resembles a middle-aged George Clooney???

Fashion: Usually wears a red polo/dress shirt with a white labcoat, khaki pants (or sometimes jeans, and not those denim leggings you kiddos call jeans, actual pants that give his legs room to breathe), and dark brown loafers/casual dress shoes (or possibly more sporty shoes if he's out and about outdoors). Otherwise, has a pretty square and grandpa-y sense of fashion, sticking to shirts with buttons and khakis of various lengths, depending on the weather. (Which isn't to say he can't rock a suit and tie... he definitely can, he just rarely has occasion to.)

Demeanor: Can come across as stern and intimidating, until he opens his mouth; then he gives off the impression of the kindly, wise grandfather that he actually is.

Aural: His voice is perhaps a bit high-pitched, considering his age, but still masculine. It's also high-energy (though not to the point of sounding manic), and sometimes a bit creaky. His intelligence, charisma, and warmth come across easily. He speaks at a normal speed, and his choice of words is neither low-brow and casual nor formal and ivory tower; he can easily explain complex ideas without using intimidating polysyllabic vocabulary. Olfactory: Depending on how much work he's done since his last shower/bath, he could have the scent of dozens of Pokemon coming off him and his labcoat, or just a blend of his own natural musk and whatever hygiene products he uses. His scent is masculine and a bit woodsy, bringing to mind going camping in the forest, but not very strong; you're not going to notice it unless you hug him or otherwise get very close. He doesn't wear cologne or other scents on a day-to-day basis.

Mental Information: Highly curious, observant, and intelligent, able to grasp new ideas and master new techniques relatively quickly. He's always quietly thinking to himself and observing his environment, even if it's not obvious he's doing so. I'd rather not have his mind read without my permission.

Magical Information: Nothing special here. I'm not even sure if the Pokemon world has anything that could be classified as 'magic'.
